SWARCOBLAST Glass Blasting Beads
SWARCOBLAST glass blasting beads from SWARCO Indusferica are a mineral fine blasting medium made of hardened soda-lime glass. They are ideal for use in injection and pressure blasting processes for the treatment of materials, such as metal, wood, and cast and 3D printed parts.

SWARCOBLAST Glass Blasting Granulate
Glass blasting granulate is a non-metallic, mineral fine blasting medium. During the production of glass granulate, soda-lime glass is broken and sieved into different fractions.

SWARCOBLAST normal corundum is a non-metallic, synthetic fine blasting medium made of aluminium oxide. Thanks to its very sharp edges, SWARCOBLAST normal corundum achieves a high abrasive effect in the shortest process time, even after multiple uses in the cycle.

SWARCOBLAST High-Grade Corundum, white
SWARCOBLAST Edelkorund Weiß ist ein nicht-metallisches, synthetisches Feinstrahlmittel aus Aluminiumoxyd. Die bevorzugte Verwendung sind Anwendungen bei denen eisenfreie und aggressive Strahlmittel erforderlich sind, auch bei Materialien mit extrem hoher Härte. Mit SWARCOBLAST Edelkorund Weiß erzielt man eine hohe Abtragswirkung bei kürzester Bearbeitungszeit durch hohe Scharfkantigkeit, auch nach mehrfachem Einsatz im Kreislauf. SWARCOBLAST Edelkorund weiß wird auch als Griffigkeitsmittel bei Straßenmarkierungen verwendet.

SWARCOBLAST High-Grade Corundum, pink
High-grade corundum, pink, is made of crystalline aluminium oxide, which is molten out of clay with an electrical arc. This very pure material stands out thanks to its high hardness and very sharp edges.

SWARCOBLAST Blasting Corundum
Blasting corundum NK-Pe II is a byproduct of the production of normal corundum. It is partly mineral, partly metallic. Blasting corundum is an alternative to normal corundum in steel treatment when requirements are not as high and blasting media loss is unavoidable.

Vest-Air-Fin is an especially environmentally friendly blasting medium that is reliable and gentle on surfaces. Only cellulose-enriched thermoset moulding compounds are used to ensure gentle blasting. Vest-Air-Fin can be stored indefinitely.

SWARCOBLAST Corn Cob Shot
Corn cob grit is an extremely soft, organic granulate made of crushed, cleaned and sieved corn cobs. It is especially environmentally friendly, since its production requires no direct energy or specific resources.

SWARCOBLAST Walnut Shell Granulate
SWARCOBLAST walnut shell granulate is a purely natural product without any additives. It is a blend of broken, cleaned and sieved walnut shells and fruit stones and is an ideal blasting medium for fine blasting applications.
