Acknowledging exceptional researchers for their scientific and technological achievements in applied research in the field of glass bead usage for industrial applications – that's the aim of SITA, the SWARCO Indusferica Talent Award 24/25.
April 19, 2024 – The Talent Award aims to recognize innovative ideas and research efforts concerning the utilization of glass beads as fillers in various materials such as plastics, composites, paints, coatings, additive manufacturing, and construction materials. By acknowledging excellence in applied research, SWARCO Indusferica aims to advance the development and application of these technologies and highlight their contribution to the industry.
Seeking Revolutionary Ideas
Participation in the SWARCO Indusferica Talent Award 24/25 is open to all students from universities and colleges in the field of materials science in the DACH region. Submissions must present innovative concepts and research works distinguished by their degree of innovation, sustainability, practicality, and industry benefit.
Shaping the Future with SWARCO Indusferica
“The SWARCO Indusferica Talent Award is a platform to nurture outstanding talents and recognize innovative ideas in the field of glass beads for industrial applications,” says Stephanie Müller, Marketing Manager at SWARCO Indusferica. “We are excited about the submissions and how they can contribute to the advancement of our industry.” The challenge comes with a total prize pool of 3500 euros. The deadline for theoretical works and research submissions is January 30, 2025. Winners will be selected by February 28, 2025, and announced in March 2025.
